The P&R function includes the COO Risk Management area. Allianz Technology COO Risk Management supports the COO function of the Allianz Technology Group in monitoring the risk situation in companies worldwide. Our team guides the business units in proactively managing their operational risks through control activities and ensuring the effectiveness of key controls. 

 

What you do

  • You will support the COO Risk Officer in various activities related to third party risk management and vendor management.
  • Strong focus on data quality and assurance across different systems,
  • Support on coordinating activities.
  • Collaborate with our team on presentation slides (e.g., risk awareness campaigns, reporting, internal training, etc.).
  • Assist our team in tracking the status of various processes.
  • Support in the analysis and implementation of DORA and other regulatory requirements

 

What you bring

  • You are in an advanced stage or in the final year of your studies (Bachelor/Master) in a field such as Economics, Finance, MBA Engineering, Information Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong affinity to IT, Data Management and Data Quality
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for effective content and task management.
  • Microsoft Office, especially PPT and Excell.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and dynamically, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
  • You can start immediately and are interested in a full-time, 6-month internship.
