This is your chance to gain practical insights into our diverse and international business environment, work closely with experienced consultants on key projects of the Allianz Group and enhance your current studies with practical experience.


You will get to know a broad perspective on the consulting business and get familiar with our company’s strategy. This position allows direct access to a client engagement with full integration into the team. You will get to know many other consultants and the great spirit and culture of Allianz Consulting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem solving, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant responsibilities of a full-time Allianz Consulting Junior Consultant
  • Provide consulting support to existing clients (e.g. Allianz Germany, Allianz SE) and gain access to an unparalleled range of opportunities
  • Present the result of your work to partners and clients
  • General contribution to our service offerings at Allianz Consulting


Key Requirements

  • University degree (at least Bachelor, e.g., International Business or Economics, or equivalent consulting-compatible degrees)
  • Excellent results in previous education
  • Operational business and/ or consultancy experience is desirable (internship or employment as working student)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and outside-the-box thinking
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
  • Be curious and keen on learning
  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English and German
  • You can start very soon and are interested in an internship for at least 3 months, ideally 4 to 6 months in full-time
