You want to support a team of consultants driving strategic and innovative projects in the fast-changing insurance market? Join Allianz Consulting, our in-house consulting branch, that delivers management consulting service across the full value chain and to all Allianz entities globally.  

 

This is your chance to gain practical insights into our diverse and international business environment, work closely with experienced consultants on key projects of the Allianz Group and enhance your current studies with practical experience.  

 

The Practice area of Distribution & Life Consulting primarily focuses on driving initiatives along all sales channels for Allianz Group. Being the innovative force behind Sales Excellence, several projects to digitize and optimize our online as well as offline sales channels are shaped by our consultants. The other objective is to foster digitalization and drive efficiency for our life insurance divisions - traditionally being one of the strongest business segments at Allianz.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support of our management team in their daily business activities
  • Proactive involvement in our projects including client communication and interaction
  • Support of our different service cluster to develop products and elaborate on new project approaches
  • On-demand business analysis as well support in project pitches
  • Organize consulting events e.g. practice area meetings, offsites, steering communities etc.

 

Key Requirements

  • Good analytical skills and open communication style - first project experiences as advantage
  • Affinity to work in teams with diverse background - fast learning as key
  • Fluent in german and English - good academic record as requirement
  • Highly motivated to grow and develop in the area of management consulting
  • Affinity and interest for transforming insurance business to the next level
  • You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
