Job Summary

To provide training and support on digital sales tools and customer fact find application.

Key Responsibilities

• Involved in the enhancement, technical support, and promotion of digital sales tools, e.g., Needs Discovery and provide training for agency members to drive adoption rate.
• Involved in the enhancement and technical support of Customer Fact Find (CFF) application that comply with regulator’s requirements.
• Perform periodic review on usage of CFF forms by agents to ensure compliance with regulator’s requirements.
• Provide support to trainers on digital tools and applications.
• Support company, division, and department activities.

Key Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required, while proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
