Role & responsibilities


Trade Support

  • Manage Commission Data, Targets vs Actual #’s, Reports & CSA data.
  • Generate blended quarterly commission reports, semi-annual, & annual year end market data for management use.
  • Monitor post executions daily via Virtu ITG produced Daily Execution Monitoring (TCA) reports.
  • End of day cross-checking of Trader’s orders by markets for accuracy and correctness, missed orders or other discrepancies.
  • Track paperwork process of IPO’s & Placements; Ensure subsequent allocations are done in line with the internal fairness policies.
  • Maintain IPO summary data & provide compliance IPO participation info.
  • Provide Re-charge transaction data & Transfer Pricing between AllianzGI AP, JP, Singapore, Malaysia & Taiwan for Finance & Compliance Dept.

Cash Support

  • Placing deposit as per instruction from PM.
  • Update Unit Trust Transactions.
  • Arrange Initial Margin and Call Margin (Variable).

FX and FFX

  • Execute FX/FFX orders as per PM’s instructions.
  • Monitoring FX (TCA) reports


Experience / Qualifications and Skills



  • Have SFC full qualifications or exam results for Type 1, 2 and 9 licenses.
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg Trading functions AIM, EMSX, TSOX, etc, and custodial systems extensively.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP Business Objects reporting software.
  • Experience in middle or back-office role on buy or sell side.
  • Corporate actions, settlement, funds accounting experience an advantage.
  • Highly Ethical & thoughtful work habits.
  • Disciplined, well organised & able to pay close attention to details in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful working environment.
  • English fluency critical, but other Asian languages beneficial.
