Job role :
Acts as the touchpoint for the local end-users about the test-related topics
Contributes to the tests of the user stories and bug fixes (incl. defect raising) developed during the sprint complementary to the automatic tests
Has an in-depth understanding of the business functionalities linked to this application, as well as overview and technical understanding of an application.
Suggests the scope of features to be covered by automatic tests
Participate to the demos to final business user in order to show the developed and tested functionalities
Maintain the level of functional knowledge
What you do
Be the touchpoint of the Product Owner for testing and be the guarantor of the quality of the deliverables of the team
Guide the RCC test team with the creation of test cases with best practice methods and with associated documentation, based on the test plan defined by the PO and the variants defined by business
Be the touchpoint for the RCC testers
Give updates on test progress, align on detailed approach for each UAT, provide them with support
Tests management in JIRA/XRAY
Test the deliverables of the team to ensure a sufficient level of quality
Filter all applicative anomalies, identify the severity and enhance the documentation if required
Contribute to running regression tests within the Tester's community at Program level
What you bring
Experience as a test coordinator; 3+ years of previous testing experience with good expertise on Jira suite
Appetite for business processes learning
JIRA/Xray or equivalent (Quality Center)
Rigor, method, clarity in the reporting
Fluent in English, both verbal and written; German nice to have
Customer oriented
Good communication skills, influencing & quality assurance mindset
Proven coordination skills of other team members
