JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
 
The candidate will be introduced in the Actuarial KPI and Reporting Motor unit and will be involved in the following activities:

  • data manipulation for statistical analysis
  • developing, improving and maintaining Motor Reporting with deep dives on different portfolios
  • creating analytical dashboards for Senior Management with a backward and forward looking perspective
  • managing the main Motor indicators for business and regulatory needs
  • providing the most relevant KPIs to other Motor Insurance stakeholders in order to better steer the business

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

 

  • Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial, Physics or Computer Science
  • Ability to handle multiple data sources and formats

 

Mandatory basic knowledge:

  • Python software
  • Office suite
  • Fluent in Italian and English


Nice to have knowledge:

  • SAS
  • Towers Watson suite for Insurance (in particular Radar Base)
  • VBA for MS Excel

 

Soft skills required:

  • High problem-solving attitude
  • Proactive result-driven working style 
  • Able to work both individually and in team
  • Able to manage tight deadlines
