JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will report to the head of P&C Planning & Controlling team performing the following activities:

• Support preparation of periodic P&C Group and Local reporting towards top management and relevant business areas;
• Support Controlling activities;
• Participate to the definition of IFRS 9/17 Plan figures of P&C segment;
• Participate to the definition of IFRS 9/17 Rolling Projections of P&C segment;
• Ensure support to the implementation and monitoring of business initiatives, also through the development of dedicated deep-dive analysis. As a controller, the candidate needs a solid knowledge of Accounting principles, and Technical KPIs;
• Run quantitative analysis and prepare dedicated reports to support the Head of Planning and controlling and CFO as well as central business functions;

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or Management engineering;
• 2+ experience in Finance sector possibly with planning and control experience or a consulting firm. Focus on insurance business and/or IFRS9/17 accounting principle will be considered a plus;
• Very good User of SAP modules and proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluent in Italian and English;
• Quantitative background and mind-set;
• Ability to work in a team and to interact with different stakeholders;
• Entrepreneurship;
• Self-starter, comfortable with working under pressure, adaptable and able to prioritize to meet strict deadlines;
• Multitasking approach, able to deal with multiple issues and projects in parallel.
