NDIS Plan Manager - Personal Injury - Sydney & Adelaide

Do you want to work in a high-trust culture where you’ll feel empowered to make decisions that result in impact? We are looking for NDIS Plan Managers based in the Greater Sydney Region and Adelaide to join us in this unique role.


As an NDIS Plan Manager your ability to effectively apply your extensive knowledge of the NDIS is a key requirement. The role requires strong communications skills to build raport and effectively and efficiently manager Participant’s budgets and goal setting.


This role also requires the combination of fostering strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and strong organisational skills to deliver on service promises to meet the needs of our valued customers.


You'll be responsible for:


  • Establishing trusted relationships with NDIS Participants and Local Area Coordinators through effective motivational interviewing, interpersonal skills and delivering on service promises.
  • Supporting participants with budget management and NDIS funded supports administration activities to achieve a participant’s goals and outcomes.
  • Providing information and advice to participants about the management of their NDIS funding to purchase supports in accordance with a participant’s plan budget.
  • Upholding participant rights as consumers and enabling a participant to exercise greater choice and control over the supports and services they engage.
  • Managing the NDIS claims and disbursing funds to providers for delivered services promptly.
  • Critically analysing and interpreting many forms of information including NDIS Legislation, medical and occupational documentation to verify entitlements.
  • Undertaking robust procedural reviews and demonstrating an ability to be a decisive decision maker.


Important to your success:


  • Experience in managing a portfolio of NDIS plan management and/or disability sector within service level agreements.
  • Comprehension of NDIS Scheme, pricing structure, invoicing and necessary supports for participants/representatives.
  • Allied Health background (Nursing experience, mental health, aged/disability support)
  • Ability to learn how to set up Plan Management services and/or experience in partnered IT solution
  • Accounting/Financial planning and budgeting experience (desirable)
