Our team of over 60 skilled industry experts is located throughout Australia and New Zealand to ensure we are there to meet our customers’ needs.

 

HPF is seeking 2 Customer Service Specialists to attend to customer queries across multiple contact points regarding product information, product support and maintaining general after-sales support as well as processing of loan documentation

 

You'll be responsible for:

  • Provide clients with product knowledge to ensure optimum utilisation of the organisation's products.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email or over the phone.
  • Attend to customer service phone line and to various inboxes.
  • Assist customers with initial usage of products and ongoing problem resolution.
  • Investigate, resolving or escalating all client complaints in a timely fashion.
  • Process loan documentation in accordance with HPF process and procedure.

 

Important to your success:

  • Previous experience in a customer services environment within the financial services industry.
  • A composed manner when working in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
  • An ability to use initiative in problem solving situations and a proactive nature in managing collective responsibilities.
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and ability to optimise business value to customers by delivering high quality services and positive customer experiences to sustain and enhance the customer base.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of finance/lending would be helpful.
