We have a part time (3.5/4 hours over 5 days or over 3 days Recruitment Coordinator 8 mth fixed term contract role within our HR function where  you’ll be partnering with the business and HR colleagues to achieve our business objectives by assisting with the delivery of People Attraction objectives, provide recruitment support, as well as systems and supplier support, inc reporting and governance.

 

Responsibilities in the role:

  • Work with HR Services & recruitment to ensure all contract information is captured correctly and letter generation is accurate and timely.
  • Manage and coordinate all compliance or communication relating to execution of onboarding processes.
  • Implement and maintain standard internal Allianz People Attraction ATS and external databases–  Preceda, SuccessFactors, xRef, HireVue.
  • Book meeting rooms and organise interviews for team and managers.
  • Administer the psychometric assessment process as per the agreed standards.
  • Support the team in coordinating volume recruitment activity and assist with talent screening during high volume periods.
  • Manage a Careers mailbox and ensure ownership is taken of service items.
  • Participate in team building activities and continuous professional development activities.

 

To be successful in the role:

  • You’ll have previous experience in a coordination and administration role, ideally in HR in a large, matrixed corporate organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage internal client expectations to ensure matters are appropriately triaged and dealt with in accordance with an agreed timeline and scope.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • High level of customer service
  • Actively works toward identifying solutions and problem-solving issues where there is ambiguity or no set process
  • A team worker with a propensity to support others with workload and contribute to team goals
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools
