What you do:

**Open to considering candidates in Minneapolis, MN, Woodstock, GA, Sacramento, CA and Palm Beach Gardens, FL**


This position is responsible for promoting, marketing, recruiting and educating producers on the company’s products and services using effective sales and marketing techniques.


  • Promote and sell life products offered through suggestive sales techniques to meet and surpass profitability and recruiting goals on an individual/team basis
  • Possess knowledge of all company life products and creative ways to market these products to producers using advanced marketing concepts. Provide producers with product information, quotations, and materials required to be licensed and/or write business
  • Introduce producers to our value-added programs and their benefits. Identify and maintain contact with potential and existing producers as required. Maintain and update producer information in computer database
  • Identify and maintain contact with producers through follow up on product quotes, materials sent, and thank you calls for new business received. Identify and resolve any potential issues and work with the appropriate people to resolve. Provide producers with support and problem solving in all areas


What you bring:

  • 2-3 years’ experience required: Prior sales, marketing, customer service or telemarketing experience; 4-5 years’ experience preferred
  • Prior marketing or sales experience in financial services or insurance
  • Active Life and Health license required or ability to obtain within 180 days of start date
  • Degree or equivalent required
