We are seeking to recruit a one-year temporary candidate in Distribution Operations AP to handle daily unit trust processing.  In this role, you are required to handle unit trust order, settlement related tasks and other clerical duties as assigned.

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Input unit trust dealing order
  • Prepare payment to client and Global TA
  • Perform cash and holdings reconciliation
  • Other clerical duties eg. documents scanning and filing, handle simple client enquiry

 

Experience / Qualifications and Skills

Qualification & Experience

  • Relevant experience in distribution operations or financial service industry

 

Knowledge & Skills

  • Good PC knowledge (MS Excel and MS Word)

 

Language

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

 

Others

  • Well organised and attention to details
  • Good team player, effective communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to handle multi-task, and work under pressure, tight deadline and independently
