As a Senior Consultant with Allianz Consulting, you will be responsible for the delivery of strategy, business, and transformation projects through stakeholder engagement, ensuring quality content outputs, and providing guidance to junior consultants. You will develop expertise on specific practice areas and may also support on business development opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high quality and timely project delivery through individual contribution (e.g., driving analysis, project management, developing recommendations) and the management of small project teams (e.g., delegation of tasks, mentoring of junior consultants)
  • Manage the relationship with the client to ensure the meeting of expectations and allow for future business development opportunities
  • Develop knowledge in key topics and be recognized as a subject matter expert by organizational peers and leaders
  • Support the business development and contribute to the pitching process            


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in the consulting, advisory, insurance and project management industries, or in roles within finance, business-related capacities
  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Second language would be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills – able to work well with both junior team members and senior organizational leaders
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving proficiency, including methodological & conceptualization skills, moderation, and presentation
  • Passionate and self-driven with a knack for creativity & innovative thinking
  • International working experience or ability to navigate different working cultures
  • Functional expertise across the insurance value chain and experience in IT delivery projects is a plus
  • Subject matter specialities in the areas of Economic, Business, Process / Product / Project Management, Agile Delivery, or Process Improvement is advantageous
