This role reports into the Business Delivery Manager and will be part of highly dynamic and collaborative team in creating the functional business solutions based on Allianz’s IT Master platform. The incumbent will also be supporting in managing the delivery of business solution for this newly set up entity.  



  • Work with functional business users/ business owners to understand, document and prioritize the business requirements and user stories. 
  • Create the functional business solutions based on Allianz’s IT Master Platform. 
  • Work closely with the ITMP team to ensure functional requirements and solutions are developed.  
  • Coordinate with the Allianz Customer Model team to ensure alignment of the Master Process. 
  • Understand and analyze the requirements along with the functional data flow. 
  • In-depth participation and contribution in all BA related activities within the project.  
  • Support in managing delivery of the business solutions for AIS. 
  • Work with the Regional Product Owner and Business analysis team to ensure that fit-gap analysis are completed properly. 
  • Support the business growth through constant innovation, excellent business acumen, automation and data driven decision approach. 
  • Work closely with IT/Vendors to identify requirement and solution gaps.  
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing with Business Users. 
  • As and when required provide support in analyzing Production Incidents.



  • At least 5 years’ experience in insurance industry as a business analyst in P&C  
  • Experience in Life would be an added advantage 
  • Knowledge of IFRS standards and SAP will be an added advantage 
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and/or similar discipline.
  • Experience in insurance industry is a must 
  • Must have strong experience in technology and systems implementation
  • Strong project management, Agile @ Scale and organizational skills, and ability to work independently with minimal management 
  • Ability to influence across multiple organizations including Product, Technology, Operations and Compliance 
  • Proven track record and solid experience in developing business functional solutions that has been successfully implemented on a platform
  • A highly-motivated self-starter with strong analytical, interpersonal and negotiation 
  • Strong writing, presentation and communication skills
