The incumbant will be leading and supporting in key strategic & organisational projects within the organisation. The incumbant will also be supporting in running key business reporting processes internally and to headquarters, focussing on strategy and corporate planning dialogues. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Directly lead & oversee critical cross functional organizational projects ongoing within the company to ensure successful delivery. This entails planning, scheduling, documentation, management, monitoring & reporting to senior management for project steering.
  • Support in highly critical organizational or strategic projects execution as part of the project management office and support in monitoring and reporting to senior management.
  • Manage the key governance & reporting processes & meetings from business side with issues identified, documented and followed up regularly to close all gaps.
  • Support in external & internal communication and presentation preparation for CEO or assist the preparation of strategic presentations and  CEO communications (for e.g. to board of directors or global leadership events).
  • Support in annual corporate & strategic planning exercise with annual reporting to headquarter.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative business subject (Finance, Accounting, Research)
  • Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel with great communication skills
  • More than 2 years of generalist strategy or implementation consulting experience is ideal, although not mandatory
  • Solid quantitative and analytical aptitude

  • Must be comfortable organising unstructured information and forming reasonable linkages and hypotheses with critical thinking skills

  • Possess the ability to broadly think across a range of strategic & business issues and connect the dots

  • Has strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact congenially with cross-functional colleagues across different levels

  • Has strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Is a  self-starter who can work independently with the intellectual curiosity to problem-solve and reach end goal, as well as the personal discipline/ pride to see through a high-quality of work
