Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Head of HR for Regional Office the incumbent is fully responsible to drive end-to-end hiring process for all positions in the Regional Office - Singapore and also lead Employer Branding related initiatives. 


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for all positions, from advertising to onboarding, through SAP SuccessFactors. 
- Partner with Hiring manager and HRBP to understand staffing needs, skills, knowledge and abilities necessary for each open requisition and implement effective sourcing strategies. 
- Search, build and maintain network of candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant networking sites
- Proactively explore new, creative and unique ways of sourcing candidates by means of the internet, social media and other online capabilities.
- Active sourcing for all open positions and promoting internal mobility and referrals.
- Guide candidates and hiring managers through the hiring and on boarding process; keep all parties informed at all stages of the recruitment process in a proactive and timely fashion
- Monitor recruitment metrics in SF and develop actions plans to improve metrics
- Own relationship with local universities for internship opportunities  
- Reporting - local and global                                                                                                                                           


EMPLOYER BRANDING                                                                                                                                
 - Run employer Branding activities to promote the Allianz Brand through various initiatives 
 - Local Point of contact for Allianz Olympic PraOlympic Movement leading the initiatives
 - Upskilling Managers and employees to promote their personal brand on LinkedIn


Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter A/c and experience in an inhouse role is mandatory. 
  • Prior experience in leadng projects/ employer branding activities will be a plus.
  • 6-8 years corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including deep knowledge of active sourcing techniques and full life cycle recruiting                                                                   
  • Experience within an International Organisation.                                                                       
  • Strategic and business knowledge combined with customer orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise and collaborate with senior business/Functional Heads
  • Experience in negotiation, advising and influencing
  • Proven track record of developing, assessing, attracting and hiring top talent 
  • Structured work approach and ability to prioritize multiple searches, projects and client relationships and work independently.                                                          
  • Ability to sell Allianz as an employer of choice in line with our EVP 
  • Excellent in English skills, additional languages are a plus 
  • Experience in Financial Services a plus
