Job Purpose:

This role contributes to the achievement of the Allianz Asia Pacific business and people strategy by supporting the Regional Head of People COE in driving initiatives for Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development topics, for both the AZAP Regional Office, located in Singapore and the Asia region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Local Operational - AZAP Regional Office
•    Provides local execution of group-wide, regional and local initiatives consistent with functional rules, processes, tools and content for AZAP Regional Office in Singapore in the following topics:
       o    Talent Acquisition – Provide end to end recruitment for full time roles, owner of the recruitment module, owner of the Singapore career website
       o    Learning & Development – Support Head of People CoE to run needs analysis, design and develop training and talent programs, facilitate trainings, maintain the learning directory
•    Coordinates Recruitment and LMS modules in SAP SuccessFactors and services delivery and implementation of processes in the Employee Master Platform
•    Reports on People CoE activities to the Local Head of HR and Regional Head of People CoE

 

Regional Support - AZAP Region (with strong L&D focus)
•    Supports the development of learning and leadership roadmap and designs 
•    Actively participate in the global L&D community and regional L&D community in learning co-creation
•    Facilitates and trains for global and regional training programs
•    Acts as program manager for regional initiatives and talent programs where relevant
•    Acts as the subject matter expert for the Recruitment and LMS modules in SAP SuccessFactors and global processes associated with the systems for the AZAP region

 

Key Requirements:

•    Relevant tertiary education with at least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in either L&D or Recruitment function
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to liaise and collaborate with all levels of employees, and manage stakeholders
•    Excellent good project management and presentation skills with experiences in multi-cultural organisation
•    Excellent in English skills, additional Asian languages are a plus 
•    Previous experience as a trainer or facilitator
•    Previous exposure to financial services sector 
•    Public speaking and presentation experience
•    Prior experience using SAP SuccessFactors modules
