  • Build a strong pipeline of partners from an end to end perspective to support the ambition of Allianz in delivering it business numbers.
  • Actively explore and identify opportunities around relevant partnerships (traditional or more next gen one with Insuretech or other non traditional partners) form of partnership.
  • Develop existing partnerships, to expand the offering and build a more comprehensive offering.
  • Deliver agreed business growth initiatives and ensure products and services provided by our partners meet Global Standards and fair value exchange policy including: regulatory, legal, compliance, conduct, financial crime and audit.
  • Securing the selection and management of the relationships with Fintechs/Insurtechs through the monitoring of the partnerships targeting operating model.
  • Collaborate Challenge and Create a Go to Market proposition with clear differentiators for our clients and customers with proof points in our operating units. This involves identifying the right metrics to internally benchmark our business units through understanding external benchmarks available.
  • Develop new/ innovative or customize existing value propositions jointly with operating entities to meet distribution partners and client’s needs:
    • Leverage as much as possible, when it makes commercial sense for AIS, teh ONE Allianz.
    • Design and define the customer sales journeys to assess the relevance of the proposal.
    • Conduct on site demographic research to check the implementation of the models/deals
  • Make the deal come true from an end to end perspective, by actively coordinating the work of all stakeholders involved:
    • Legal, Finance, Marketing, Technical, etc.
    • Design the end to end process to ensure a successful operationalisation of the deals.
    • Monitor the deal execution through data and come up with recommended changes if required
  • Understand and address weaknesses, identify strengths and best practices to cross pollinate and keep us in tune with market realities and developments.
    • Develop a competitive intelligence of the partner channel in Singapore from other insurers.
    • Analyse new partnership models, within Insurance or outside of insurance to drive new opportunities.



  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry as a hunter.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing proposition driven programs for bringing upsides in top and bottom line - preferably with a focus on Insurance and banking/ consulting background.
  • Possesses sound knowledge of sales, sales processes, and trend identification as well as a profound understanding of products and back-office functions for data analytics.
  • Strong Project Management/Delivery management skill.
  • Open API understanding.
  • Customer Experience (mapping of customer journey).
  • Possess a strong understanding of insurance distribution channels, particularly in partnership distribution via banks, broker, direct-online and/or affinity partners.
  • Analytical skills and ability to recommend course of action.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management ability.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
