What you do

1. 科学优化资产负债管理、资产配置及委托投资等相关制度及流程体系。科学优化资产负债管理、资产配置及委托投资等相关制度及流程体系。
2. 协助部门负责人开展年度战略资产配置方案、资产负债管理目标拟定等相关工作。
3. 围绕资产负债管理、资产配置、产品设计及委托投资等工作，与相关部门及资产管理人部署相关工作及相应的沟通和协调。
4. 协助部门负责人进行内外部报告的审核，内部人员专业化培训，投资数据整合及集团系统的完善。
5. 主管分配的其他工作任务。

What you bring

1. 具有全日制重点大学本科及以上学历，精算、数理统计、金融、经济、风险管理等相关专业。
2. 本科学历以上，并具有8年以上保险投资或风险管理相关经验。
3. 具备保险行业委托投资管理、资产负债管理、风险管理、精算、投资前中后台等相关岗位经验者优先。
4. 具备CFA、FRM、精算师等相关资格者优先。
