岗位职责要求：

1. 管理安联中国控股及子公司的保险风险，分析研究经验数据，制定保险产品的开发策略；定期监控安联中国控股子公司的实际经验，包括但不限于费用超支、继续率、综合成本率、死亡率和疾病发生率，以确保经验与假设保持一致。
2. 及时准确的完成安联中国控股精算报告，审阅子公司的相关精算报告，确保满足监管和安联集团的要求。
3. 制定和完善安联中国控股再保险战略和相关制度，以降低公司风险，支持产品开发，提升公司偿付能力。
4. 制定安联中国控股资产负债管理相关制度，协调和验证偿二代体系下市值资产负债表中公司准备金的计算结果，指导和管理子公司在资产端及负债端的合理匹配。
5. 参与安联中国控股偿付能力管理，制定公司长期资本规划，促进对资本的合理使用，并满足监管要求。
6. 支持并参与安联中国控股相关并购交易工作，从精算角度向管理层提供决策建议。
7. 根据要求，完成公司及上级交办的其他工作。

岗位任职要求：

1. 大学本科及以上学历
2. 精算、统计或数学等相关专业
3. 8年以上保险行业的精算、财务或者投资相关工作经验
4. 5年以上担任保险公司精算、财务或者投资领域管理职务经验
5. 精通：财务和精算数据的分析与诠释，基于精算数据的业务决策、风险准备金计算、偿二代体系、公司保险/承保风险管理、再保险业务等
6. 熟悉：国内外保险市场及保险行业的金融监管政策
7. 流利：中英文口头和书面表达能力
8. 专业资格：精算师或者银保监会认可的其他国家（地区）精算领域专业资格
9. 满足其他中国监管、安联集团适格与适当管理（Fit & Proper）等制度规定的任职要求
