We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Fund Setup Team as part of Distribution Operations in Europe. In this role you will be in charge to support the implementation of our growing alternative product initiatives considering product launches, product measures (e.g. changes, closings), regulatory and internal initiatives as well as acting as Company Secretary to the structures domiciled in Germany, Luxembourg and the UK.


Roles and responsibilities:

  • Contact person for internal and external partners regarding product initiatives and ongoing business on alternative vehicles.
  • Contribution to regulatory and internally required project initiatives.
  • Oversight of external service provider offering domiciliation services including key performance indicator measurement.
  • Acting as interface between internal teams, including Operations, Finance, Legal, Products, Investments and Distribution, as well as service providers and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensuring execution in compliance with internal governance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive the maintenance of service level agreements and operating memoranda.
  • Company Secretary to the structures including but not limited the preparation of ad-hoc Board Meetings, Minute Taking of ad-hoc Board meetings, handling of General Meetings and other governance driven corporate aspects.


The role includes the opportunity to support cross border projects. You will be part of an expert team, collaborating closely with colleagues in an international environment.


Qualification and Skills:

  • Several years of working experience in the asset management industry with particular emphasis on Company Secretary.
  • Deep knowledge of Alternative Investments (Private Equity, Infrastructure Equity and Infrastructure Debt).
  • Knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the various Luxembourg investment fund types.
  • University degree in business administration, finance, law or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and handle tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the talent to build positive relationships, internally and externally, in an international business environment.
  • Increased awareness of the accuracy and quality of the fund-related documentation and keen attention to detail.
  • High motivation to take initiative and to independently develop creative and targeted solutions.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, in particular Word and Powerpoint.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and ideally German.
