We are looking for you! The Global RFP team is looking for a Request for Proposal (RFP) Analyst to help
develop and respond to questions on the firms’ products and services from investment consultants, existing
clients and prospective clients. The responses will be in the form of RFPs, Requests for Information (RFI), Due
Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), Client Questionnaires, and Consultant Database updates. The RFP Analyst
will report to the Head of the US RFP Team and will work in direct partnership and collaboration with sales
and product functions, as well as other supporting functions that are involved in the management and
distribution of our products. The RFP Analyst will strive to ensure that all deliverables are complete, accurate,
and compliant in order to provide both a high standard of service and the best opportunity to bring in new
business. The role will be based in San Francisco.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough and accurate responses (both quantitative and qualitative) to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, Client Questionnaires and Consultant Databases
  • Coordinate the process of updating questionnaires from start to finish and ensure that they are delivered in a timely manner, with all relevant inputs and reviews incorporated
  • Utilize, update and maintain content housed in our language database (Qvidian). This includes coordinating regular reviews of content with subject matter experts, removing content that is no longer applicable, and adding content if new and relevant responses are created
  • Build strong partnerships with subject matter experts across the firm in order to stay abreast of current information on firm products and services
  • Proactively communicate deadlines and status updates with all parties involved in the successful completion of questionnaires and database submissions
  • Maintain, track and report activity and status of submitted materials
  • Share ideas and collaborate with global counterparts to help drive continuous improvement of the team’s efficiency, process, and overall contribution to the business

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within investment management industry
  • Clear and concise communication (both written and verbal), which includes ability to edit, proof and refine messaging
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain relationships across functions and levels
  • A keen interest to learn, understand, and develop professionally
  • Proactive and solution oriented
  • Ability to navigate a complex environment
  • Positive minded and team oriented
  • College degree required
