Job Summary
Allianz Sales Management Associate is a structured 24-months program designed for talented fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline or candidates with less than two years of working experience. Successful candidates will be equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in a growing insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the concepts of clients’ financial needs
- Responsible to achieve business targets assigned by the Company
- Responsible to manage, track and monitor performance to ensure that milestones and KPIs are met
- Working with various department in Allianz Life Sales and Distribution to promote growth and achieve goals
- Expose to leadership role in projects to achieve KPI assigned by the Company
Key Requirements
- Fresh graduates with strong academic and extracurricular background are encouraged to apply or candidates with 1-2 years working experience in any discipline
