Job details/Role purpose

Markets Steering Team monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) related to Sales performance in over 30 Business Units across the globe. KPIs include for example the win rate for New Business and the amount of New business awarded, sorted along different dimensions such as Business Unit/ Region/ Line of Business/etc. The team is – together with the Sales Support team – part of the global team of Markets Steering & Sales Support.


Reporting to the Head of Markets Steering and working alongside the Regional and local executive team, in this role you will be in charge of specific geographies and/or processes related to:

  • be the point of contact for Regional and Country CEOs and Country Chief Sales Officers, supporting them with timely and harmonized Sales Key Performance Indicators
  • producing Dashboards and analysis to track Sales performance, in order to develop profitable growth
  • contributing to presentations for several meetings in the Sales area (e.g. Regional Quarterly Board Review)
  • continuously improving processes, aiming at simplification, standardization and automation
  • be the overall team’s central point of contact for the local entities


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Markets and Regional CEOs, providing them with consistent Sales KPI analysis, and working with them to identify optimization action plans
  • Monitor achievements vs targets (e.g. for New Business awarded)
  • Provide standard definitions, design and implement harmonized reports to track KPIs as requested by AzP
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis whilst continuously improving standard analysis / reports
  • Continuously push for data quality improvement, ie. challenge Salesforce users to ensure consistency and accuracy of data, share best practices
  • Automate reports in Salesforce in coordination with the CRM administrator
  • Contribute to ad hoc topics


Profile Key Requirements

  • University graduate with 5+ years’ experience
  • Proficient user of databases – data analyst
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Package (Excel including advanced functions,  Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong  analytical skills
  • Rigorous and able to produce high-quality deliverables
  • Highly motivated, self-steering and team player
  • Comfortable in a highly dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written skills required in English
  • Experience in Project Management is a plus
