What you do
As Networks Project Manager you will steer Network Initiatives with the purpose of achieving external spend savings. You will monitor implementation progress of initiatives including KPI evolution and benefits and direct projects with the a aiming of improving performance and quality of Network Management in the various Business Units. You will proactively prospect and define networks in alignment with Sales and other LoBs.


You will collaborate with the various central and local departments to achieve constant alignment and project success, e.g. Global Operations, Underwriting, etc.


You will have the opportunity to anticipate and mitigate project risks proactively and foster best practice sharing within the team. You will bring your contribution to team morale by going beyond project deliverables and ensuring positive communication and collaboration between team members.

 

As a Project Manager you will:

  • Define roadmap in alignment with central departments and collaborate with other Network Management colleagues to ensure close alignment with other initiatives 
  • Act as preferred point of contact with internal Departments and organize site visits & nurture business relationship
  • Understand business requirements from internal stakeholders, 
  • Define and monitor SLAs and KPIs with repair providers and regularly follow up on achievement of the same
  • Proactively build network of providers for activities to support ongoing and future Sales opportunities in the LoB
  • Define target models for Network Management team set-up within Allianz Partners and lead New Network Models definition and implementation
  • Support the closing of Audit findings for Network Management as needed
  • Conduct internal benchmark analysis & identify/implement best practices across Operational Entities
  • Monitor pricing evolution, carry out yearly negotiations and provide regular progress to business stakeholders 
  • Support Business Development manager in identifying and acquiring B2B clients through leads and networks in repair management domain


What you bring

  • It would be beneficial to have minimum of 5 years in Project Management / Consulting
  • A solid experience in Assistance or related insurance specifically in Network Management
  • Demonstrated English skills are mandatory, an additional language such as French or German would be a plus            
  • Besides Project Management skills you will also need advanced PowerPoint knowledge
  • Additionally Performance Monitoring; Analytical and Problem solving skills; Expert relationship building and negotiation skills; Communication and Presentation skill are very important to have
