Job Purpose/ Role
Within Global Operations reporting to Operational Manager and Steering Lead will focus on managing  daily operational performance reporting cycles, applying task force management within performance drops and fluctuations.

Within Global Operations reporting to Operational Manager and Steering Lead will focus on monitoring yearly Business Units costs. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Review daily performance reports produced by Daily Performance Manager, set up ask force management where needed to support BUs to get back o track by defining remediation action plan, steer its fulfilment, provide report of the progress to the management 
  • Establish forecasting plans with remediation action plan in the planned circumstances where performance expect fluctuations per each BU (Business Unit) cross all Lines of Business
  • Preview PD targets that are communicated to the BUs (Business Units) at the beginning of the business year
  • Define with each BU initiatives for budget reduction in order to meet the budget targets. Support Performance Management to track agreed initiatives fulfilment with the Business Units


Key Requirements/ Skills/ Experience


Required Experience: 

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to structure and analyze data and be able to come up and communicate the “so what” question
  • Experience in task force management
  • Good working knowledge of financial reporting system
  • Ability to interact with senior level management
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to design processes from a customer perspective


Required education: 

  • University degree
  • Good level of English - both spoken and written, knowledge of additional language is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business/ financial controller or similar role
  • Minimum 3 years of related industry experience is a big plus


Technical skills: 

  • Operations: call center services, back-office activities
  • Process management and operational controls
  • Data Analytics, reporting, BI, data mining
  • Relevant technology skills: CELONIS tool knowledge


General skills: 

  • Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Provide presentations with professional look and feel
  • Independently follow-up with stakeholders to aid in solution development
  • Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking
