As part of Global Service team and within Organisation Management, you will be responsible for supporting the steering, project management and governance of all Global Platform initiatives by providing a detailed Project Charter & methodology. You will support by preparing and animating the Global Platform governance meetings as well as helping the collection and analysis of relevant data across the various projects. You will interact with all Program/Project Manager position in order to define, enhance the Governance cross team while defining the Program Management Metholodogy on the Global Plateform in Sync with the overall OM Program/Project Management organisation.


Key responsibilities

  • Formalize, maintain and promote the set of project management methods and practices into a coherent Project Charter that can be used by the LoBs Project Managers.
  • Help establish Global Platform (GP) governance framework in order to have a structured approach to steer GP initiatives and projects
  • Support the collection, maintenance and analysis of relevant data across the Lines of Business to help steer the Global Platform journey into the right direction
  • Improve the project management system and process in Allianz Partners
  • Provide support for the tools and software used by the Project Management teams on the Global Plateform.
  • Manage change effectively working collaboratively across the business and the wider organisation to bring about change quickly and effectively. 
  • Work with all OM teams who leverage or built the Global plateform in order to  define, develop and implement the Portfolio Delivery Plan


Required Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in Agile methodology and project management                        
  • Previous experience in transformation programs; change management trainings                        
  • Proven ability in Demand Management, Benefit realisation, budget tracking, IT cost management
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, demonstrated at Board level            
  • Proven ability to transition, individuals, teams and  organisations
