Working within Organisational Management, as the the Decommissioning Program Manager you will be responsible for reporting and steering all Decommissioning activities for ACM or non ACM Initiatives cross Countries and cross line of business within Allianz Partners (AzP). In this role, you will be part of the decommissioning and process governance in charge of Organizing all decommissioning activities for AzP working closely with AzP PM, AzP Architecture and AzT Decommissioning team while steering the Decommissioning planning & target saving.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the program across all Business Units divided in 3 main streams; ACM Decommissioning, Group initiatives (Non-ACM) Decommissioning and Archiving of legacy data
  • Foster Target platform roll-out in order to decrease legacy activities while steering decommissioning governance & processes
  • Define & maintain decommissioning roadmap based on the Business Ramp-up steps and the overall ACM plan 
  • Monitor the decommissioning progress for each application in scope using JMP (JIRA) processes/dashboards
  • Define necessary actions to anticipate the decommissioning of applications which can be switched-off earlier than planned.
  • Collect, analyze & challenge archiving requirements defined by the Business Units for each legacy application to be archived into the target Group Archiving solution.
  • Prioritize & plan archiving activities across the different Business Units according to specific criteria (toxicity, decommissioning plan & savings)
  • Drive with central and local Stakeholders the analysis of remaining legacy applications in order to increase the scope of applications to be decommissioned. 
  • Support Business Units acting as a SPOC interfacing with the central Teams & AzTechnology
  • Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to Management and Stakeholders through different instances (Allianz Group reporting, Steering Committee, Weekly calls, etc.)
  • Mitigate any delay or risks in regards of the target decommissioning plan and expected savings.


Required Experience

  • Multi-Year experience in Project/Programme Management within PMO                        
  • Proven ability in Demand Management, Benefit realisation, budget tracking, IT cost management                        
  • Proven ability to monitor and manage interactions with all external,  both contractual and non-contractual parties                        
  • Proven experience in Risk management tools and analysis                        
  • Demonstratable experience in transformation programs; change management trainings                                           
  • Demonstratable experience in people leadership, negotiating and conflict management                        
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, demonstrated at Board level                        
  • Proven ability to transition, individuals, teams and  organisations
