What you do 


We wants to create a new Network Model providing peace of mind to our clients and B-partners along the entire MDDR, Easy Living and other assistance journey, enriching our value proposition. 

Moving into more strategic partnerships, and create a win-win model with our partners, with a more integrating model that allow us to use our historical data, analytical skills, share real time data and predictive models will drive a new sustainable approach, increasing AP and our Network provider’s competiveness.

Reporting to the Global Head of Network Management, as the Head of Networks MDDR, Easy Living and Other Assistance, you will have the responsibility for overseeing all its network activities of the organization, which includes:

  • defining the global network strategy for MDDR, Easy Living and other roadmap, 
  • defining new network models, as market place, franchising, etc.
  • developing and maintaining Network Management governance, standards and principles, 
  • Monitoring and steering Network activities across BUs, process improvement, digitalization and savings at a global scale.
  • managing global frame agreements (e.g. from legal term definition to contract termination, compliance, fraud, etc).

key repsonsibilties

  • evaluate different potential network models (independent, freelance, market place, franchising, etc.), and recommend the best fit based on business and competitive landscape.
  • move into more strategic partnerships, and create a win-win model with our partners, with a more integrating model that allow us to use our historical data, analytical skills, share real time data and predictive models will drive a new sustainable approach, increasing AP and our Network provider’s competiveness.
  • actively drive effectiveness initiative for MDDR, Easy Living and other.
  • provide analytics and 360° view of network partners and service delivery
  • generation of real time performance dashboards (Celonis), resulting in short-midterm action to improve customer journey and performance.
  • building and maintain the individual network performance scorecard.
  • establishment of a powerful network providers planning (sizing) and predictive models based on historical data and future projections.
  • real time KPIs visibility and management (NPS, auto/direct dispatching, contact rate, rejection/expiration rate, cost per case/benefit, etc.).
  • define and deploy standard/harmonized processes.
  • deploy and manage cost efficiency initiatives.
  • increase the use of digital channels with service providers and end-to-end management
  • drive the definition and deployment of digital channels with service providers (smart dispatching, direct dispatching, smart workflow, etc.).

What you bring 

  • 5+ years of experience in MDDR, Easy Living and other, Demonstrated strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to implement effective plans
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment and to handle multiple projects simultaneously and easily.
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo in our highly disrupted business environment and move quickly to test and learn new strategies and tactics. This also relates to a level of resourcefulness and proven ability to do a lot with a little
  • Track record of being responsible for an annual budget with excellent performance metrics, driving compelling creative campaigns across digital channels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments and create best-in-class content
  • Results-oriented with an exceptional track record of developing profitable engagement marketing programs;
  • Excellent business acumen and broad experience/understanding of all facets of operations
  • Good level of English - both spoken and written
