The Workplace department is in charge of the delivery of workplace services & projects (Fat & Virtual Clients, Mail, Mobility Services, SharePoint, Office 365…)

 

List of missions


The mission is located on Allianz Technology France, Workplace teams.
The Workplace Engineering Team is a mixed of Internal ressources and external resource in
Service Center delivered by Inetum. The service center is currently mainly onste, and will be
localized defore summer 2022 in Bucarest (Roumania)


The team is managing the following topics :
- Fat client Master (W10) and continuous delivery to make it up to date
- Software Distribution (engineering and distribution) with SCCM
- Packaging Factory
- Local VDI Management (Engineering and Operation of the VDI)
- Workplace Support Level 2 and 3


Services :
- Windows 10
- SCCM
- MSI package
- VMWARE/Citrix VDI
- Office 365

 

Delivrables

 

Managed both internal and external ressources
Keep planning & budget up to date
Documentation & history of action made
Maintain the quality of the service on top level
Answer to request from customer
Supervise Incident, Change, Request on Service Now
Coordinate Major issues
Escalation to service owners

 

Technical skills

Workplace experience is mandatory : know how a workplace team works
