The Workplace department is in charge of the delivery of workplace services & projects (Fat & Virtual Clients, Mail, Mobility Services, SharePoint, Office 365…)

 

List of missions


The mission is located on Allianz Technology France, Workplace teams.


In interface with Allianz France who is the main customer and with AZ Technology central team who are produced the Shared Service, you are in charge of follow the activities of the central teams.

 

SDM is in charge of managing the RUN of Shared Service Workplace (Change, Problem, Incident, Request). He is responsible of the analyses and the improvement of existing process.


- Coordinate of all stake holders by understanding business constraints & group strategy directives (security, workplace…)
- Manage and coordinate with AZ Technology Central team for central and local incidents, including end user incident (level 2 and 3).
- Identify and suggest remediation for issues, prioritize important action.

 

Integration of new functionality proposed by central Service Owners for integration new functionality (integration management) :


- Analyze all the delivery chain and integrate new service / new functionality as part of specific project
- Estimate necessary investment
- Drive action in order to industrialize the services
- Publish documentation
- Manage some projects (with Project Managers if required).
