The Regional Workplace Services Department is responsible for Proximity and Regional end-to-end operations of Allianz workplace services including Proximity shared services (OnSite support, HW asset management, Identity Access Management, Mobile Telephony, print solutions,….).

We are looking for Workplace proximity services specialist to take charge of all activities related to proximity services for regional workplace. It includes the proximity services (onsite support, VIP Support services, Walk-In Center…) for all the OEs served by Allianz Technology France

Key responsibilities :

  • Manage and operate local proximity services (on-site, Walk-in center, desk-side, VIP and remote) for regional workplace in France to deliver services to the OEs based in the region.
  • Create and build the Local shared services concept for On-Site support in Az Technology France for  OEs based in the region
  • Manage a local team in France of support proximity specialists
  • Pro-actively Identify opportunities to improve business productivity by providing targeted training, guidance, implementing automatism, or introducing tools and services
  • Review and maintain a level of documentation that reflects the complexity and diversity of the Proximity Services environment and enhances the Hardware support process for Proximity and NGSD support teams.
  • Participate in the improvement of the Proximity support team processes, knowledge, organization.
  • Manage Assets and Cis through existing ITSM tools to record and track inventory and configuration data for all Hardware managed by the workplace services.
  • Manage stock levels of Hardware for break/fix/spare to respond to Customer requests.
  • Actively participate to projects related to Regional and Global Workplace (i.e MFA, O365, Hardware and Software refresh/deployment, Video Conferencing solutions, Local Infrastructure, Mobile telephony and Service Improvement projects…. )


Further Responsabilities : 

  • Designing and, implementing processes to achieve standardization (of both Customer’s hardware and software) within the proximity services environment, including documenting, implementing and communicating such standards.
  • Insure local proximity services team works in collaboration with the other proximity services to serve the final customer
  • Manage the working student for proximity services and regional workplace
  • Collaboration with local external provider working in the local proximity team
  • Perform integration testing in support of product implementation including new Hardware, Software, OS releases and upgrades.



Key requirements / Skills / Experience :

  • Good understanding of IT workplace services
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodology (Foundation) and AGILE methodology
  • Professional fluency in English, including proficiency in written English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
  • 5-10 years of working experience in Workplace environment
  • Can-do attitude with focus on quality execution and delivery of task
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with different stakeholders
  • Result-oriented, customer-focused, pro-active, flexible and energetic team player
