Allianz Technology of America (ATA) is part of the global financial powerhouse Allianz, with over 120,000 employees worldwide. ATA is hiring for the June 2024 TechSTART cohort, a 1-year rotation-based program. As a TechSTARTer, you will experience diverse hands-on projects and real-time training in areas such as Software Development, Production Support, Project Delivery, and Project Management.
Applicants can pursue technical (computer science-related positions) or analytical tracks (business, communications, risk management liberal arts). During your TechSTART year, you will gain exposure to the IT function, key business partners, and company leaders through three collaborative, project-based rotations. TechSTART is a full-time position with salary, benefits and potential for permanent placement upon program completion.

What you do
As a member of TechSTART, you will build and hone the ability to:
- Gain exposure to products, skills, and technologies used across a global IT enterprise
- Explore projects and initiatives across multiple IT Departments
- Work with project teams and business stakeholders to identify requirements
- Assists with the deve solutions to technology needs
- Conduct needs assessments, feasibility studies and analysis
- Create process documentation
- Design and develop applications and solutions to support business requirements
- Create test requirements and execute test cases
- Ensure timely communication with key stakeholders of milestones and risks
- Engage in Allianz community, resource groups, and networking events with leadership.
What you bring
- 0 - 1 years’ experience recommended; Relevant technical and business work experience. Related internship experience preferred.
- Four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited degree program required (Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related majors strongly encouraged)
