Job Title: Business Analyst (m/fd)

Contract Type: CDD (18 Month Temp Role)

Job Purpose/Role

We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Business Analyst – Fixed Income  & Private Markets (f/m/d). This position is based in our Paris office. As a Business Analyst within the Investment Business Management function, you will support the development of AllianzGI overall Investment Platform globally across the asset classes, with a particular focus on the Fixed Income and Private Markets pillars.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Business Analyst supporting the ongoing management, development and positioning of AllianzGI investment setup
  • Undertaking peer and market reviews
  • Designing strategic presentations and project documentation for management, articulating key messages into concise and compelling information
  • Building and reviewing business cases related to new strategic opportunities
  • Collecting, analysing, and synthesizing business data
  • Supporting project work, keeping track of requirements and actions to a timeline
  • Taking minutes of relevant business meetings and investment committees

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field of study
  • Keen interest in the financial industry
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Extremely reliable and trustworthy with intrinsic curiosity and motivation to learn continuously
  • Solution oriented, proactive can-do behaviour

  • Self-driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluent in English)
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrable analytical thinking
