- at the heart of the policy management, the contract specialists contributes to customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring the timely and proper execution of activities related to PA Contract management at both Managing insurer and Program manager level
- this includes to closely liaise and coordinate with other teams beyond geographical and functional borders to provide seamless worldwide contract servicing to the Policyholder and provide the best suited solutions in terms of contract management.



'- Executes timely the PA / Contract management assigned tasks during the Policy Life cycle of the managed policies,
 * contract start  incl tarification and fees
 * contract and customer management and incl contract amendments, renewals, terminations 
 * Turnover declarations and premum calculations. Premium base chasing,
 * Bonus -Malus calculations
 * deals with 2nd level customer requests assigned
 * Ensures tight communication with the WA CT Operations Desk (program features)
 * Ensures tight communication with other local teams when needed (Claims, Risks...)

- Identifies potential improvements on processes, organization and reports to the team leader
- Complies with commercial gestures (decisions made)
- Data quality control
- coordinated by Regional PA Manager of the program
- under the supervision of his Regional PA Manager :

Is responsible for the timely execution of the PA related tasks at Program Level:
* Group premium Calculation, Premium base chasing,
* Group Bonus - Malus calculations
* Coordinate invoicing
* Coordinates Contract Managers & Customers accountants in Managing Insurer BUs



- Competent knowledge of the credit insurance industry, products and regulations
- Competent ability to refine processes to meet the quality and efficiency targets of the organisation and its customers
- Advanced knowledge of Policy Administration processes
- Advanced ability to communicate via all mediums (eg. email, phone) and at all levels of an organisation within a multicultural setting
- Competent ability to operate in a matrix structure
- Competent knowledge of basic IT systems (eg. MS Word, Excel) and ability to learn new systems
- Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English
