In this role you will…

Member of the Global Corporate Security function:

  • Act as Regional BCM Manager, ensuring the lifecycle tasks of BCM are done in the region.
  • Business Impact Analysis with business owners, gap follow-up and closure. Review and update of BCM plans
  • Drive BCM awareness and training in collaboration with global.
  • Support global BCM process


Regional Crisis Management Manager

  • Ensures the lifecycle tasks of CM are done in the region
  • Review and update of Regional CM plans
  • Drive CM awareness, exercise and training activities in collaboration with global
  • Support global CM process
  • Provide Crisis Support to regional  Crisis Management Team


Regionally :

  • Support Emergency Response organization, trainings and plans
  • Coordinate Event security assessment and requirements
  • Coordinate Executive Protection arrangements,
  • Provide Incident and Support to Emergency Response Organization team
  • Be the regional Global Incident Management contact
  • Be the regional Physical Security contact
  • Support change initiatives, audits and ad hoc activities in the Corp Sec domain


To be successful in the role:


You will have….

  • University degree in Business, Risk Management or analytical background, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Solid business acumen with 3 – 5 years of business services and operational support experience. Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g. Sox, ISO)
  • 1-3 years of Project Implementation experience
  • 1-3 years of Technical Reporting and Documentation
  • 1-3 years of Employee, Product, Service, Program training
  • Technical knowledge of business continuity and crisis management
  • Technical knowledge of Event Security, Physical Security, Travel Security, Global Incident Management, Personnel Security
  • Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Technical reporting and documentation
  • Advanced Communication and Presentation
  • Experience analysing, Problem Solving, and Negotiation process
  • Experience managing multiple and competing priorities
  • Experience influencing in a matrix organization
  • Self-Drive and Initiative

  • Internal Public Relations e.g. communiques, intranet/newsletter articles, prezi, survey, events
