Allianz Consulting’s structure focuses on competencies and delivery. Therefore, Allianz Consulting is set up in six so-called "practice areas" that are project work- and expertise-focused:

What you do:

  • Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments
  • Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them
  • Contribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
  • Provide consulting support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account management
  • Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the assigned tasks until completion
  • Discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects
  • General contribution to Allianz Consulting

 

What you bring:

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Operational business and/or consultancy experience for more than 1 year
  • Experience in Project and Program Management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement
  • High attendance to learn and develop
  • Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience
  • Communication, facilitation, sales, and conflict management skills
  • Strategic and operational management experience
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office; nice to have: Oracle, SQL, and SAS
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Basic experience in change management, quality management, integration, and re-organization as well as training and lecturing
  • Basic insurance business experience
  • International work experience
