JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE:

Responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payables. Also track purchase orders and process payments that come into the company's accounting department from suppliers or customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Basic Accounting
• Supplier Enablement in Ariba Portal
• Procurement Knowledge
• Query Handling with Supplier’s/USERS
• Calls/Email Handling

• Reporting into excel sheets.

PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Language Expert – Spanish (Read, Write & Speak) with Business English

Experience: 0 to 3 years

Education: B.com/Language Degree
