Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to plan and execute all sales initiatives/campaign and collaborate with sales team to drive and improve overall onboarding experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all administrative duties including but not limited to pre and post enrolment of CEO (Center of Excellence and Opportunities) agents.
  • Create and maintain sales dashboards and report for CEO team
  • To plan and organize activities that drive productivity and recruitment - overall onboarding, monthly/ quarterly sales recognition and activities.
  • To source and coordinate with different stakeholders and vendor for various sales initiatives that will contribute to the productivity of CEO agents. 
  • Execute daily operation and administrative tasks/ assignment.

 

Key Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in any discipline.
  • Preferably with 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Highly driven, excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Good collaboration skills and a team player
