What you do:

The Treasury Analyst within the Treasury Technology Team is responsible for understanding, articulating and implementing business process improvements, create and maintain robotic process automations using UI Path, banking and system reviews for processes within the Treasury department. Collaborates closely with key stakeholders within the Treasury and with other areas of the organization to ensure delivery process improvement projects that align to the business and user needs. Owns and drives the backlog and desired outcome of the team.

 

  • Under minimal supervision, deliver small-scale, simple to moderately complex process improvement projects through effective management.  Accountable for voice of the customer and the business and incorporates stakeholder input into roadmap. Owns the backlog of work to be completed. Incorporates stakeholder input into the roadmap while effectively negotiating tradeoffs of conflicting priorities based on value to the business and the customer.
  • Works with stakeholders, other analyst, and management to oversee the writing of detailed user stories and helps elicit, analyze, and document clear, concise conditions of acceptance.
  • Communicates with leadership and the business on the progress of work related to the roadmap and risks / issues. Works closely with other key stakeholders throughout the organization to communicate updates and impacts.
  • Develop working knowledge of Treasury systems, processes and data relating to the assigned business or projects. Develop expertise within the project management practice-including all processes, tools and best practices. Develop and maintain project management expertise and identify and pursue areas for development and training that will enhance job performance via on the job learning and best practices from prior projects, training and peer learning.
  • Determine if new projects should be completed in-house, sent offshore or be considered for Robotization (UI Path).
  • Maintain library of procedures
  • May be assigned other tasks related to Treasury such as Banking, System Reviews and business continuation management etc.

 

What you bring:

  • Four-year degree required Or equivalent work experience
  • 3 + years’ experience required: Relevant technical or business experience
  • 3+ years of process improvement experience using Lean, Six Sigma, OPEX or other process improvement methodologies
  • 3+ years’ experience preferred: Insurance/Financial Industry experience and/or Treasury experience
  • Experience creating robots using UI Path or other software
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
