What you do:

 

The organizational management principal analyst conducts needs analysis and resource allocation studies to determine most effective use of human capital resources. This role analyzes organizational structures and evaluates the efficiency of business processes.  Is responsible for development and maintenance of resource utilization and capacity planning tools.  The analyst researches and assesses organizational models, recommends improvements for efficiency, stabilization and strategic growth.  Develop and maintain departmental and role responsibility matrices, including recommendations to top management based upon research, analysis and best practices.

  • Assess business structures, procedures, processes and resource utilization
  • Advise executives and senior managers on efficient and cost-effective resource utilization strategies
  • Interview personnel and performing skills assessments
  • Facilitate business optimization
  • Develop department restructuring to optimize efficiency in line with business objectives


What you bring:

 

  • Four-year degree required in IT or business related field
  • 6-7 years experience required in organizational management fields
