What you do:

You will work with partners, vendors and management to identify business opportunities. You will apply established methodologies for gathering and analyzing data, conducting improvement analysis, and developing design solutions. You will work with enterprise wide customers to provide data and analysis. You may provide work direction to Associate Analysts and assist more senior analysts with complex programs.

  • Conduct data collection, analysis, problem resolution and reporting for Operations to multiple partners across Allianz.
  • Develop a defined set of activities/programs to support Operation's priorities to ensure timelines are met.
  • Design and conduct results validation to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Provide work direction to associate analysts. Support senior analysts and management with daily operations and projects.
  • Develop and recommend opportunities to improve process performance.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Facilitate process change using tools and transparency with a focus on employee readiness, partner engagement, and sustainable quality results.


What you bring:

  • Two or more years of experience required: Relevant technical and financial industry business experience
  • New Business, Regulatory Tax, or SOP and technical writing experience preferred
  • HS Diploma, Four-year degree preferred: or equivalent work experience.
