What you do:

Business Analyst driving Policy Calculation.

  • Use Agile methodology, participate in Scrum team(s) by identifying impacts or changes to product calculations and evaluate risk and test coverage needed
  • Create clear test plans and review test evidence to ensure test execution was complete. Oversee these testing plans pre and post install to ensure product calculations are not adversely affected, and monitor any defect Incidents that arise from enhanced testing
  • Develop the Calculation Library alongside EO Tech Analyst and other partners that verifies the source of truth for product calculations. Document and update system calculations to ensure traceability to any impacts from project or product team mods/enhancements
  • Create and use reporting on production issues and using them to update traceability back to calculations and update risk coverage
  • Participate in other projects

 

What you bring:

Minimum requirements:

  • 3+ years of business related experience analytical and technical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Four year degree or equivalent work experience

 

Preferred requirements:

  • Business Analyst/Technical Analyst/Process Analyst/Quality Analyst/ Project Management experience * Annuity or Life Insurance product understanding
  • Experience working within Agile methodology
  • Experience working in SDLC or PDLC frameworks
