What you do:

Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments on the day-to-day audit activities. Develops the ability to identify and evaluate risk, execute audit program steps, perform routine audits, identify and communicate issues, and provide written and oral feedback relative to the engagement. Works with management in developing action plans to ensure audit risks are effectively mitigated. Develops business acumen as assigned.  


  • Identify and evaluate risks within business processes.
  • Draft audit programs to effectively test the design and operational effectiveness of the system of internal controls.
  • Perform routine audit activities, as assigned.
  • Identify and communicate issues.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement of the internal control environment.
  • Collaborate with management on the development of action plans to ensure risks are mitigated appropriately.
  • Perform issue follow-up and escalation as appropriate.


What you bring:

  • 0-2 years’ experience required: Audit or Insurance Industry related experience.
  • 2-3 years’ experience preferred Working toward applicable certification (e.g. CPA, CIA, CISA)
  • Four-year degree required.
