What you do:

As the Sr. Administrative Assistant for Strategy & New Markets you will provide administrative support to department management. Helps manage workflow, meet service expectations, and fulfill the division's strategic initiatives for the enterprise.

* Maintain Leadership calendars, schedule meetings and make travel arrangements.

* Maintain department records and filing system.

* Open, sort, prioritize and distribute mail (if in the office).

* Compose, edit, and distribute team communication.

* PowerPoint presentations, communications, etc.

* Coordinate onboarding of new teams members

* Coordinate team activities including business lunches and team-building activities

* Special projects as assigned.

 

What you bring:

* 2-3 years of administrative experience required

* Superior verbal and written communication skills, includes composing and editing written communication

* Well organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects with deadlines

* Flexibility - priorities change on a daily basis because of the fast pace the enterprise works under

* Project management skills

* Proven initiative, able to work independently with minimal supervision

* Confidentiality - Enterprise wide confidential information is sometimes required to complete the functions of this job; must have context and business knowledge to complete activities.

* Proficient with Word, Excel, and Power Point

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
