What you do:

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing, creating, and measuring the effectiveness of  Allianz Life's social media channels including: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. The specialist will develop new and engaging content in support of company initiatives to effectively reach all Allianz Life audiences (via organic and paid posts).

  • Develop new and engaging content to reach multiple Allianz Life audiences
  • Design social media campaigns to help create greater awareness and consideration of Allianz Life as an employer of choice, committed member of the community, thought leader in retirement risk management, and innovative industry leader in providing retirement solutions
  • Effectively utilize social media in support of corporate-level and business unit programs and initiatives
  • Expand the reach and engagement level of all Allianz Life social media channels via dedicated organic and paid campaigns. Responsible for paid campaign development, optimization and reporting
  • Monitor all social media channels and respond on behalf of the company as appropriate
  • Measure social media channel effectiveness via comprehensive reporting and metrics program


What you bring:

  • 2+ years’ experience required; 4+ years’ experience preferred
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns is strongly preferred as well as experience using social media publishing, monitoring and measurement tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
