What you do:

Professional level strategic partner for key customers.  Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Operations and Technology staff at strategic/focus Advisory/EDM Channel by providing a one stop service experience as a key contact and partner for operations and technical areas of Allianz Life.  


Establish, build and maintain relationships with strategic/focus Advisory/EDM Channel by initiating and providing education, training and proactive communication for office staff, having an understanding of current and future business needs and using that knowledge in project planning at Allianz Life.  Ensure a positive service experience by involving various areas, taking ownership, exercising sound judgement and coordinating problem resolution, ensuring concerns and feedback are heard and acted upon.        
Develop cohesive plans to partner with our focus firms, seek areas for service and process improvements, coordinate the analysis of trends or activities for proposed changes or improvements in processes and procedures that impact Operations, identify opportunities to promote and provide existing or new services to focus firms, keep current with trends in the industry.        
Participate in department, operations and enterprise initiatives, represent Allianz Distribution & Operations to ensure the customer's perspective is represented, understand the regulatory environment and how it impacts the business, understand Allianz Life as a corporation, drive yearly plan initiatives including assembling and leading project teams, putting together plans and recommendations, following plans through to implementation and measuring results.        
Participate in face to face meetings with producers & Advisory/EDM Channel by travelling to their offices and meeting with them when they are at the home office to provide education and training and strengthen relationships personally and on behalf of Allianz Life.        



What you bring:
- 7+ years experience required in the Financial services industry
- Four year degree required or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- in addition to the minimum requirements, prefer a minimum of 3 years management experience and 5 years of Allianz experience
- Advanced degree preferred
- FINRA Series 6 & 63


Travel required up to 25-50% of the time
