What you do:

If you are ready to take your prospecting skills to a new level and interested in ETF Sales as a career,  we will coach and train you on capital markets and ultimately help you develop an expertise in the rapidly expanding marketplace of ETFs.  You will be working within a group of ETF Specialists and ultimately train to become a subject matter expert on the Allianz IM Buffered Outcome ETFs.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Targeted phone work geared towards prospecting.
  • Executing customized email campaigns.
  • Scheduling and conducting web based presentations.
  • Supporting Two Field Based ETF Specialists.
  • Contributing to and executing on territory strategy.
  • There may be opportunity for field based travel as the need arises.

What you bring:

  • Four year degree or equivalent work experience.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.  Clean U-4.
  • 1-2 years of industry experience
  • Responsible work ethic
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to execute.
  • Emotional intelligence.
  • Desire to win.

Preferred

  • Ability to work from home and located in the Mountain or Western time zones.
  • 2-3 years of ETF Industry experience – preferably in a sales capacity.
  • Familiarity with capital markets transactions.
  • Basic understanding of options contracts &/or structured products.
  • Relevant industry designations; CIMA, CFP, AIF, CAIA etc. 

 

Comp $75K + $20K VC Target

In addition to base salary, a portion of your total compensation is based on commissions.  Actual commission earned is driven by assigned territory and individual sales performance.
