What you do:

Manages large complex projects or programs (multiple sub-projects) across functional areas or multiple systems. Leads, assigns and tracks results of multiple complex projects and has significant leadership responsibility including delivery oversight of other PM's and resources. Coaches and mentors other team members but does not manage staff. Has considerable latitude for independent actions or decisions.

A successful candidate will have background in:

• Hybrid Project Management / Scrum Master role
• Quality delivery of programs / projects on time within budget that meet the business value and strategic objectives
• Create and maintain project management plan and detailed project schedule
• Formulate and define the team objectives, roadmap, impacts and objectives and prepare high level estimates for delivery
• Manager project / program from beginning to end; serve as hybrid Project Manager Scrum Master providing leadership and coaching to team to continuously improve upon their delivery model
• Champion for continuous improvement of IT Delivery and SDLC
• Provide consistent, transparent communication at all levels of the organization including roadmaps, milestones, schedule and financial status

 What you bring:

• 8+ years expert knowledge and understanding of Agile, IT SDLC for IT Projects
• Education: Four-year degree or required
• Licenses / certification: PMP or equivalent recommended/Scrum Master Certification required within 180 days of employment.
